I saw that commercial online (is on their website).
I don't know what the marketing department was thinking!!
But actually, the commercial is effective. People will talk about how stupid and ridiculous the commercial was and the message will spread very quick compared to a standard fast-food commercials.
Quiznos doesn't really need to know focus on how good their product is on a TV commercials. Why? Quiznos maintain a strong brand identity in the sandwich franchise and Quiznos are know for their delicious oven-baked sandwiches. If you haven't tried it, you must!!
So good.
BTW, Quiznos copied the idea from an already existing video clip that can be found online.
