They don't teach Javascript and PHP for CIS.

However, there are a few C++ classes at different levels but Cal Poly mainly focuses on Java programming.

There are a few web design/developing courses, including an e-commerce application development in the curriculum. I am not sure what kinds of projects are assigned since I have not taken these courses yet. Maybe you can find them on the professors' websites...? There's also a Database Design and Development using SQL.

You can find the CIS Curriculum here, which includes brief descriptions about each courses they offer.
