| I think its given at 8:00 am and 1:30 pm everyday on a first come first serve basis. You may want to double check those timings though. You will have to ask the person at the desk for the test, and they will ask you to fill out a simple card with your name and id number and stuff... then they send you to cashier's office to pay for it, so it's always a good idea to be there a few minutes earlier before the tests are handed out.
