State of the Union Address - President Bush's Domestic Agenda
President Bush in his State of the Union addressed the United States and all citizens of U.S. status as of today. He discussed the American soldiers oversees to keep peace in those countries, renew of the soon-to-be-expired Patriot Act to the U.S. Congress, the reconstruction of Iraq's government, seeking help from allies to pressure North Korea on surrending their weapon of destructions and to the conclusion of President Bush's speech, he emphasized on spreading freedom around the world.
"We have faced serious challenges together - and now we face a choice. We can go forward with confidence and resolve - or we can turn back to the dangerous illusion that terrorists are not plotting and outlaw regimes are no threat to us. We can press on with economic growth, and reforms in education and Medicare - or we can turn back to the old policies and old divisions." President Bush
