| theres 1000's of things he could get the death penalty for... so it shouldn't even be a possibility that he CAN'T get it... unlesss he unanimously cooperates with US, UN, iraqi ppl, gives information of terrorist cells, etc... THEEEEN MAYBE just life imprisonment should be SERIOUSLY considered... where he could just get killed by an inmate. |
