| i think about it like this, my starting salary when i graduate will be from 54-63k, more if i leave california with the relocation compensation. making the same as if i were out of another university that are so deemed "prestigious". what matters is experience and how you prove your worth (if your indeed an asset) to the company which employs you. far few schools in this country which will add an extreme amount of pay increase. MIT, Cal Tech, IVY league schools and some others. also pay much more to attend. ps im also not saying our education is the same in quality, but not bad either. :P |
