Our governor proposed a new budget cut that will affect both UC students and Cal State university students. If the California budget cut goes through, both of the universities will see an increase in tuition and rejection of all new students who applied for the spring and winter 2004 quarter (semester).
Why couldn't the governor keep the triple tax on new vehicle registration.
We have too many cars on the highway already.
Plus muscle cars and SUVs deserve high vehicle registration fees.
Think of the students who want an affordable higher education.
