The 42 year old sniper that killed 10 victims around the Washington D.C. area, do you think he should get a lifetime sentence to jail or death sentence?
I am more towards the death sentence. Killing innocent civilians with no reason is plain out crazy. John Allen Muhammad wasn't insane either.

Reporters say that Lee has been mastermind by John but I think Lee was old enough to make his own decision. Killing innocent victims
