why is it that so many cal states with almost the same resources find ways to run successful division one programs when cal poly pomona struggles for mere respectability in division two?
i think it's leadership. the people i've seen at fullerton have their #@%#@! together and don't make up excuses like you see all the time at pomona. they find ways to make stuff happen.
