The Matthew Myers Memorial 5K is an inaugural event to honor a student whose life was cut short by a traffic accident. The run/walk takes place Saturday morning, Oct. 14, and will require the closure of Ag Valley Road, Citrus Lane, Eucalyptus Drive, Oak Lane, Red Gum Lane and portions of University Drive from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Those participating in the event will be directed to park in Lot F10. The Testing Center will be administering the Graduation Writing Test to more than 2,400 students also on Oct. 14. THERE WILL BE A 4:00 P.M. TEST ON SATURDAY. Students registered for the 8 a.m. test will be directed to park in Parking Lot C. All other students registered for the GWT (10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.) will be directed to park in Lot J (behind the Student Health Center).

There is a CSET workshop, scheduled for Saturday (8:30 a.m.), in Building 3, room 215. Students who plan on attending should be prepared to park in lots C and D. Give yourself at least 10-15 minutes to walk to building 3.
