I'm not familiar with the transfer process but I assume you've sent in your transcript as of today. Wait a few business days (or a week) after it has been sent and phone in the registrar office to check on your admission status.
Be sure to check the calendar that applies to transfer students and remember the dates. I really hope it all goes well. Keep us updated.
