| Are you undeclared currently? If you have declared a major, you can visit your department office (check the website). You should find a bulletin board outside of the department office and inside the board will be a list of the faculty names. Faculty names should be categorized by subject (for example Finance, Law, and then Real Estate) or alphabetized by last name (most likely). Next to the faculty name should say 'Advisor' if they are one.
If such board are not present, visit the friendly staff working at the front desk of the office and ask them that you like to see your advisor. Hope that helps and welcome to the Cal Poly forums.
