Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) and Goldenvoice Concerts team up again to rock California with The Bamboozle Left festival at Cal Poly Pomona, the largest event ever to be hosted by the campus. On October 14 and 15, 2006 the Cal Poly Pomona Athletic Field will be transformed into a two-day music festival where more than 40 bands including Dashboard Confessional and Brand New will perform live for thousands of fans on three stages. · TRACK & CROSS COUNTRY TO HOLD SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNEY
On Sept. 18, the Track and Cross Country teams will be hosting a best ball golf tournament to raise funds for student athlete scholarships. Cost is $150 per golfer and includes pre-tournament lunch, golf and cart, awards banquet dinner and raffle.

The university's Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) attached to the computing center in the CLA Building will be replaced on Saturday, July 22, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The replacement of the "mini power plant" will cause most centralized services to be unavailable for approximately 16 hours.

· BRONCOS TO HAVE EXHIBITION GAME IN PAULEY PAVILION
The Broncos will face UCLA, Loyola Marymount and USC in exhibition games before opening their regular season on Nov. 17 in a tournament at Seattle Pacific. The Broncos will meet UCLA on Thursday, Nov. 2 at Pauley Pavilion, face Loyola Marymount on Monday, Nov. 6 in Gersten Pavilion and meet USC on Saturday, Nov. 11 in the new Galen Center.
