yousif,
as i recall giants is a senior at SLO and always has made accurate and intelligent posts, both here and on other chat sites. SLO is the crown jewel of the system, and pomona typically is ranked either second of 23 or in a tight group of three or four schools behind our cal poly sister school--which, since it is about 30 years older, once was our mother school before we split long ago.
as noted above you likely will feel more "at home" on the pomona campus where only 30 per cent of the student body is white, compared to about three quarters or perhaps slightly more at SLO. regarding electrical engineering in particular both campuses are distinguished in this field. a diploma from either place likely will land you multiple job offers.
if you like a more traditional college town then go north. if you like all the attractions of a huge city within a half hour then go south. either way, you win. check out
www.studentsreview.com to see what both students and grads say about their schools. both are rated very highly as you might expect.
