| Yellowcard Concert Parking and Traffic A Special Message to the Campus Community:
For the first time in 18 years, Cal Poly Pomona will be hosting a major ticketed concert when the Virgin College Mega Tour makes a campus stop on Wednesday, April 19. Due to the large scale of this special event, parking and traffic will be affected.
The tour features a 7 p.m. concert by rock band Yellowcard in Kellogg Gym as well as free performances by emerging artists, games and prizes from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Bronco Student Center.
Sponsored by ASI and Goldenvoice, this event will provide students a fun and memorable experience as well as showcase the campus to prospective students and neighboring communities.
A section of Eucalyptus Lane (between University Drive and the Parking Lot G) will be closed intermittently from 7:30-10 a.m. Kellogg Drive and University Drive can serve as detours.
Limited parking will be available in faculty/staff Parking Lot G throughout the day. Faculty and staff may find alternative parking in Lot K off University Drive, Lot Q near the Residential Suites, or Lot B off Kellogg Drive.
