| THE 411: TAKE THE LEAD WITH SDLI
Everyone's a leader, just in a different way. Learn how to develop your personal leadership style for FREE through the Student Development and Leadership Institute (SDLI). You'll receive development and training to enhance your personal leadership abilities for lifelong learning and success in a changing, multicultural world. Becoming a leader is something intentional that each person is capable of doing through enhancing their critical thinking skills and their desire to serve a broad group of people with a meaningful purpose. SDLI offers two services to assist you: the Leadership Workshop Series and the Co-Curricular Portfolio.
Leadership Workshop Series
This workshop series helps you enhance your leadership skills. Program 1 consists of 10 hours of leadership workshops and program 2 consists of 20 hours of leadership workshops. Workshops range from 1 to 2 hours long. To receive a certificate of completion you must complete one of the programs in one academic year. Co-Curricular Portfolio
You can use this Web-based tool to access, update and print your co-curricular activities whenever you wish. Create a personal account and enter your leadership involvement activities at http://www.csupomona.edu/~osl/Co_Curricular/index.htm.
