I don't know about chalking the entire campus walkway but there is one section where chalking is allowed on campus. I appreciate the idea ilk604.

I knew I'd get in trouble but we did it anyways, and I just figured if I did get in trouble I'd use the "oh, I didn't know that it was illegal. I see many campus clubs do it." He just gave me a stern warning and warned me not to repeat it...
