| .net and .com question
two sites are the same domain names. just different extension.
My site has the .NET, and another has the .COM.
I will probably launch my site first (2 weeks?). The other guy is planning to launch his around february 06.
what r the legal issues behind this? can two similar site with similar services exist?
or is this a lawsuit in the making scenario? |
