Our training program lasts 9-12 months and consists of four phases: Basic Sales Training and New Hire Orientation
- Advanced Sales Training
- Basic Management/Leadership Training
- Advanced Management/Leadership Training.

During the last two phases you will be assigned at least three one-week management assignments, during which time you will manage a branch office location. Upon completion you will be placed in a Branch Sales Manager position within HSBC Consumer Lending Branch Operations.

Bachelors Degree - Finance, Accounting, Management & Human Resources, Marketing, International Business, Business Law and Contract Management, Real Estate, Communications and Economics Majors - Minimum 3.0 GPA - Must be willing to relocate within assigned Region - Proven leadership abilities
