I heard a rumor that you can waive the health center fees and other fees if you don't live on-campus or if you have your own health insurance. Anyone have any information on this?

I tried to google for something, but I only came up with pages for employee and non-resident waivers.

I know that USC lets you waive the health fees, so it's not a completely unheard of idea...
