| I know there are signs during fall, but they must have not had them out for summer. Yes, parking is "free" your first 8 days of the qtr, but Faculty/Staff, handicap, and rideshare stalls are ALWAYS regulated. No, they are not stealing money from students. You just lucked out those other three days. However, after 1PM, anyone can park in a rideshare stall.
