http://www.ifahosting.com/ where it's a dollar a month. Perhaps you can look into that and see if they offer what you need, maybe one of their slightly more expensive plans can offer the bandwidth.
I currently host a single low-traffic website on there and haven't experienced any problems. But I haven't done anything with it in a while, so I can't really say with a lot of certainty that's they're good.
