| I currently work for Washington Mutual and I'm pretty content with them.
They do promote people regularly and offer better pay than other banks. Also, part timers get full benefits! (health, dental, 401k, pension, etc)
I'm an FRL major and will probably try to pursue a career in a related banking field.
