| My house is already overrun with dogs, so I can't take any more in. My supervisor has a couple of pugs, says they are very sweet, and spoiled beyond belief. One thing he doesn't like is you have to measure out their food over the course of the day. You can't just leave the dish out all day like with most dogs. He says they'll eat all the food all at once as if they're starving all the time. They are also extremely strong for their size. It took three people to hold his male dog down at the vet to medicate the ear infection.
Anyway, I didn't know all that much about pugs. I always thought they were funny-looking little dogs, especially since seeing the one in Men In Black. But they seem to be a nice option for a small dog. I could tell you all about chihuahuas -- very high strung little things. I love my little yappers, but damn are they annoying sometimes! |
