| Alright, some more info that I got from ASI...
The Bells ase actually a Senior Class Gift Donation. I don't recall the year that donated, but appearantly some of the alumni from that class and committee came on campus with his colleagues and noticed that they were not on. So when inquired, Cal Poly decided to tune them up and turn them on. |
