Former Bay Area Coach Ken Carter, is coming to Cal Poly Pomona!
His controversial decision to lock the entire Varsity basketball team out of the gym in order to motivate them to improve their grades, led to the making of the movie "Coach Carter" starring Samuel L. Jackson.
He will be here to share his experiences on Monday, March 7th in the University Theatre at 5:00 p.m.
Free tickets are available to Cal Poly Pomona Students (with current Bronco ID) at the University Theater Box Office at the following times:
Thursday, March 3rd 12 pm - 1 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm.
Monday, March 7th 11 am - 5 pm.
Tickets are required for entry. Quantities are limited to one ticket per student.
