First off, welcome to the Cal Poly forums Frosty-J!
If you're a 4.0 GPA student, you should really not worry about the ELM/EPT exams. They are quite easy. Check out FAQ page for more info.

I never knew about the Urban and Regional Planning here at Cal Poly.

It is listed under the College of Environmental Design. Ah very cool.
