| Speaking from experience, a medium / low bandwidth hosting cost $5 - $10 per month to maintain, I used to work with phpBB and other SQL based forums and those were free, but the vBulletin here should cost from $85 - $160 per year (vBulletin sure does look better than phpbb!). The admins here must be very dedicated!
