| Ok. If you stand from the entry way of the library, not too close to the door but far enough so that you're standing next to the bench (left side of the Library face), and if you look towards the tall engineering building where there's a satelite antenna, you will see two horns. The sounds come from there. The horns are on the eng. building wall facing the library. It is the tall engineering building, not the two-story building.
