There's more to business than just accounting and finance. They are but one side of it. I personally did very well in all my busines-related classes EXCEPT for finance... it's the closest I've ever come to failing, but thank goodness I didn't. Anyway, your statement is true -- Finance and Accounting will be particularly demanding if your math skills are weak. I'm a math-a-phobe but I wasn't about to change majors just because of one or two classes. I had to put in a heck of a lot of effort just to squeak by, and it didn't help that my Finance professor was NOT good at teaching. I learned more from the book than from him. Most of the students around me grumbled a lot and were happy just to get a C. If the concepts come easy to you, then you are lucky. But if they don't, having a teacher who knows how to make it understandable helps a lot.
