| I find that, broadly speaking, those college students who put partying over passing classes are those who don't give a crap about the expenses involved. If they can stay in college as long as they want because their parents are bankrolling it, why should they put any priority on graduating and launching themselves into the working world? Those who do worry about the expenses are fully aware of how much money is needed to stay an extra year or two. They don't dawdle. And it has nothing to do with race. |
